The CCP XL/XT has been designed to be used as an external building entry point. The enclosure can be wall/facade mounted or placed in to a buried chamber (located at the property boundary or just outside the point of access) providing an external building entry point and network test point. The CCP XL/XT is an IP68-rated enclosure available in three port configurations, supporting 2 x SC Simplex or LC Duplex adaptors and up to 12 x 3A splices via an internal splice tray. Each cable entry point is sealed with a cable entry kit, and a GORE-TEX breather membrane can be added to prevent condensation. It maintains a 30mm minimum bend radius and includes storage for excess fibre. The enclosure features wall mounting points, a snap-fit lid with retaining clips, and an optional tamper-proof lock. Cable seals are available for diameters from 3.0mm to 9.0mm.
