The CFN is a compact closure that can be pit or pole mounted designed for a wide range of FTTx applications for both P2P and P2MP topologies. The CFN 27 Port Connectorised Closure features a UV-stable polypropylene base with 26 round ports and 1 oval port, supporting cable diameters from 1.7–16.5mm using Cablelok seals. It utilises HellermannTyton’s IR Fibre Management System, supporting connectorised trays with up to 6 LC Quad or SC Duplex adaptors, 4 PLC splitters, and 2 splices (3A or ANT), along with SE or SC-B splice trays. The design offers full access to entry ports, integrated cable anchoring, and a loop storage basket above the oval port for efficient routing. White routing modules enhance fibre colour visibility, and the fibre entry block includes space for two 250μm PLC splitters and excess fibre. Fibre slot retaining blocks and partially cut foam pads support various fibre counts. Removable IR system parts are colour-coded blue, with red clips for easy identification if dropped.
