The FDNIR fibre splice closure delivers fibre to individual buildings or properties. The FDN is an oval shaped fibre closure with a high drop count making it the ideal solution for built up areas where there are multiple buildings to service. The FDN 29 and 53 Port Integrated Routing (IR) closures feature a polypropylene base with configurations of 52 or 28 round ports plus 1 oval port, supporting cable diameters from 1.7mm to 20.0mm using Cablelok mechanical seals. The stainless steel mounting system and aluminium backplane are compatible with MKI and MKII trays, accommodating up to 36 IR SE trays or 72 IR SC/SC-B trays, or a combination of both. Trays support 3A or ANT splice bridges, with splitter accommodation. The layout allows easy fibre routing and includes a loop storage basket. White trays and routing modules enhance fibre identification, while fibre slot retaining blocks and foam pads guide and manage various fibre counts. Blue cover plates indicate removable parts, and red retaining clips and blocks aid visibility during handling.
